SAP Analyst - Westwood, Coventry, CV4 8LG

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a SAP Analyst at Westwood Business Park, Coventry.
Our client a leading UK Energy provider is currently recruiting for a full time SAP Analyst to work in their offices in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience within the Utilities sector on a temporary long term basis.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays.)

You will be required to work Monday to Friday between 8am until 4pm
Role Duties:
As a SAP Administrator, you will work as part of a team of three Analysts who support the ECO team with any on- going billing and invoicing queries. You will ensure that all payments are processed in a timely manner whilst building strong relationships with both internal and external stake holders. You be able to work both individually and as part of a team to meet set targets and service level agreements.
You will also be required to;

*Log and monitor workflow.
*Process invoices, purchase requisitions, sales orders and contractor payments on SAP and generally solving all order and invoicing queries in a timely manner.
*New vendor, customer and projects set ups.
*Raising purchase orders/requisitions and sales orders using the SAP accounting system, including order amendments and goods receipting.
*Be first point of contact for all finance /order queries.
*Review statements from vendors and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
*Reconciliation of payments from customers.

Essential:
*Have administrative experience with strong organisational skills.
*Significant recent experience in using the SAP accounting system.
*The ability to develop and maintain processes and procedures.
*Be approachable and good at building relationships with stakeholders.
*Have a professional approach to communicating with suppliers and vendors
*Previous experience of working towards deadlines with ability to prioritise tasks.
*Have an understanding of IDT and construction type businesses.
*Computer literate with Word and Excel at intermediate level
