Office Angels Guildford is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small, friendly team based in the heart of town. If successful you would form part of a team of three, and would be responsible for:

* Sales Ledger
* Purchase Ledger
* Quarterly VAT returns
* Payroll, including Pensions and auto-enrolment
* Cash reconciliation
* Assist with the Year End audits

You will be using Sage Line 50 daily so experience using Sage is essential. You will also require:

* Intermediate Excel knowledge
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
