Private Clients Account Handler (HNW/Personal Lines)
A leading UK Insurance provider that specialises in providing niche products to their clients are looking for a High Net worth Account Handler to join their growing team.
The role will be based around providing suitable Insurance Solutions to mid and high net worth customers, achieving new business goals and sales targets across a broad range of personal Insurance products.

* Managing the provision of insurance cover for both prospective and existing customers in a customer focused and compliant manner and within agreed service standards and timescales
* To manage the new business, renewal, mid tem adjustments and lapsed policy processes ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a professional manner and deal with any issues and or complaints in accordance with compliance guidelines.
* Ensure that all communication and calls are answered to agreed service levels, within TCF parameters and to quality standards
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer contact
* Utilise communication and negotiation techniques and skills to clearly explain the features and benefits of our products. Develop internal awareness and opportunity to generate business.
* To acquire, maintain and record an accurate level of appropriate product and regulatory knowledge and skill as is appropriate for the role.
* To ensure that all statutory and company regulations are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company.

You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in an account handling role within an Insurance provider, ideally having worked in a Mid to High Net worth environment.
