Our Client, an Independent Multi-disciplinary Consultancy that provides specialist advice in the fields of town planning, architecture + urban design, landscape architecture, transport + travel, archaeology + heritage and development viability.

The practice is one of the leading expert planning and development consultancies in the East of England with offices in Nottinghamshire, Norfolk and Essex.

They are currently looking for a full member of the landscape institute (must be chartered) with a good academic background and either MRTPI or RIBA qualifications and/or a strong interest in urban design and can be based at any of their office locations.

Applicants must have 1 to 5 years CMLI experience (post Chartership Qualification) and demonstrate a passion for Landscape Architecture, have creative design flair and proven ability in the management and delivery of large and complex projects to the highest standards. Candidates must also be accustomed to producing written reports, contributing to Design and Access statements and have experience in preparing Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments.

The successful applicant will be an ambassador for the business with exceptional communication skills and proven ability in managing projects to tight deadlines in an exciting and fast moving work place.

They must also be able to demonstrate their creativity through hand sketch, use of Adobe suite software and AutoCAD. Revit experience would be an advantage but not essential.
