Our Client, A Well-Known Multi-Disciplinary Design Consultancy with several UK offices are looking to increase their team in Greater Manchester

The company are well known within the Industry for their Masterplanning, Urban Design, Landscape Design and Landscape Planning work and would be a sought after employer for someone looking to further their career within the Landscape Architecture Industry.

Due to workload they are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect, or someone at Chartered Level who is ready to step-up to Senior. Any applicants will need to have a good eye for detail and exceptional design skills to be considered.

If you enjoy Project Management, creating captivating designs and developing strong client relationships you would be the ideal person for this position. You must have proven design flair and experience in the delivery of both small and large scale projects in the UK. To add to this they are looking for skills in the delivery of planning applications, dealing with landscape contractors as well as good tendering and on-site experience would be very desirable.

As with the majority of current posts there will always be an element of Landscape Visual Impact Assessments but they will not overtake other areas within the position. You will have the ability to combine your expertise and skillset with a variety of interesting projects including but not limited to large-scale masterplanning, residential schemes, mixed-use and retail projects both in the UK and abroad.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an established team of Landscape Designers and Planners and make their mark on the role and indeed the company itself.

You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, have sound technical ability and good proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suites. Revit knowledge would be a distinct advantage but not a necessity.
