Job Description
This is a superb opportunity for an experience Claims professional to develop and grow their skill set. Due to the continued success and expansion of the group they are now looking to recruit a dedicated Claims Training Specialist to develop and conduct ongoing technical and personal training for all staff members in association with business priorities.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Develops, coordinates and presents customised training programmes to ensure a high quality of instruction is provided to staff with a diverse range of skill levels
• Provides and updates instructional Training & Procedural Guides ensure greater comprehension of Technical & Operational Skills
• Successfully building relationships with that communication with Departmental Managers and Team Leaders is maintained at all times and operational business demands are considered
• Regularly reviews and assesses Training to ensure continuous improvement in line with our business philosophies and commercial strategies
• Ability to oversee communication of all Training outcomes and recommendations, including MI reporting to line Manager

The Successful Applicant
The successful Claims Training Specialist will be an effective self-motivator and networker with strong presentation skills and will meet the following criteria:

Preferred
• 2 years or more prior experience as a trainer
• Minimum of 2 years insurance experience, including qualitative assessment and performance improvement in a large-scale claims operation
• Understanding of current industry standards for Customer Service, Complaints, Compliance and Claims Management
• Creative problem solver able to adapt training schedules and styles to meet the operational demands of the business

Essential
• More than 2 years working within an Insurance environment
• Exposure to Personal Injury & Credit Hire claims
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse range of staff and skill levels
• Ability to adapt to different styles and methods of learning
• Working with Microsoft tools
