Commercial Administrator - Corby (NN18) - Great Career Opportunity!

We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our clients busy Warehouse in Corby. As an Commercial Administrator you will be required to support the site in ensuring that all administrative (including HR administration) tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.

You will be required to provide comprehensive financial/administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department.
Standard Information:

Working Hours: Working any 5 out of 7 days, Full Time (37.5 hrs per week), working 08:00 to 16:00.

Role Details:

The commercial administrator will ensure accurate records are maintained against all activity as required.
Examples as follows:

- To support in maintaining a complete and visible audit trail for all costs incurred at the site.
- Compile accurate and meaningful weekly accounts
- Daily Activity Report (AR) Management and Interrogation
- Management of the weekly site payroll & agency costs ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and charged to Customers
- Preparation of all weekly Customer Variance Analysis (VA) reports
- KPI analysis to illustrate and explain trends, provide recovery solutions and predict future indications from historical results.
- Manage the Purchase Order Management System (POMS)
- Assist in the preparation of accruals and prepayments schedule for the site
- Assist in the preparation of other various balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the monthly management accounts process
- Other tasks as directed by the Commercial Manager
- Assist in preparation of Customer & iforce budget / forecasts
- Balance sheet reconciliation

- Reporting

- Weekly, monthly financial reporting.
- End of Month assistance.
- Purchase Order Management.
- Day to day service provider management.

This role would suit someone with a strong financial background and experience.

Requirements:

The Commercial administrator should have the following skills:

- Strong numerical and written skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, administration and planning skills combined with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as required.
- Team player - provide support and assistance to other members of the team.
- Proactive way of working - will be able to manage their own workload and demonstrate good self motivation and initiative
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (pivots, Lookup etc) packages particularly Excel.
- AAT qualified and/or part qualified CIMA
