Our client a franchised dealership near Heathrow are looking for a Corporate Account Handler, to provide the best level of service to all customers/Leasing Companies. Contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Detailed Responsibilities
Assist in daily running of Corporate Department to include but not limited to:

- Respond to all email alerts in the agreed time stipulation
- Day to Day maintenance of the DMS (Pinnacle or Kerridge) and any other lease company vehicle ordering system, providing accurate and timely information
- Ordering of products on the manufacturers system, checking against client orders in all cases. Where required, call and check the specification with the driver
- Keep all vehicles updated with the correct status on the DMS This will ensure all customer orders and communications are totally up to date.
- Prepare the internal file, ensuring the specification has been checked and agreed with the customer
- Full status updates at least once a week
- Check the consignment note on day of download,offer for delivery after checking the release date
- Confirm onward delivery to the customer and arrange the necessary transport keeping to the agreed mile restrictions
- Load/email delivery paperwork the day after delivery to ensure prompt payment
- Assist with Department Managers to resolve any queries including debtors
- Answer the corporate phone to ensure a prompt response to all corporate customers
- Monitor and continuously achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Identify problems, suggest corrective action where required, including new operating procedures
- Ad hoc as required **Month End - Ensure all vehicles are registered and invoiced by the last day of the month**
