We here at Witton have a once in a life time opportunity for a cool, calm and developed Marketing Account Manager to join an exciting and successful company within the heart of the Cotswolds in their client services team. They're looking for a candidate working across both B2C and B2B marketing and used to working with tight deadlines. . Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will manage and motivate other departments and external suppliers, steering large projects from conception through to completion.

The Account Manager role will include:

-Managing, from end to end, with help from systems, live projects including large brand level campaigns through the agency
-Ownership of weekly status reports, ensuring dispatched for clients
-Participating in weekly status meetings, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects
-Establishing yourself as a strong account handler both internally and with the client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust & confidence in Client
-Maintaining clear and accurate documentation, files and recording notes and actions from meetings carefully
-Demonstrating a strong commercial sense by keeping a budget tracker and finance elements up to date and aiding the SAM/AD in forecasting each month

To Become an Account Manager you will:

-The ability to build and maintain appropriate and effective working relationships with key Clients, suppliers and colleagues alike
-Writes and speaks clearly, fluently and in a compelling manner to both individuals and groups
-Plans, organises and controls work and resources to achieve specified outcome (anticipates potential problems and accounts for them in work plan)
-Able to produce compelling and motivating creative briefs with a clear, single minded, proposition
-Works well as part of a team and is cooperative, friendly and supportive towards other team members
-Is comfortable with presenting, has positive body language and demeanour??? and most importantly, is a good listener
-Possesses relevant depth and range of technical knowledge and skills.
-Experience in direct marketing (minimum of 2 years)
-Worked on large brands
-Strong commercial acumen
-Experience of working in multi-channel environment
-Has a strong sense of creative excellence and appropriateness
-Agency process, from taking Client's Creative Brief, through to Studio and Print
-Digital/new media and its potential for communications
-Be an effective communicator
-Show passion, enthusiasm and ambition
-Have a positive attitude with 'get up and go'
-Ability to multi-task and prioritise in order to work well within a team environment
-Good organisational skills
