Small, friendly, family-feel company is looking for a finance and administrative professional. 22 - 27k pa, 20 days holiday, free parking and accessible by public transport if you live local to Andover. Starts ASAP!

Job role:

* Control of documents and archiving (contracts, budgets, taxes, etc.)
* Check validity and conditions of supplier contracts (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone, internet.)
* Review and negotiation of forms of payment with suppliers in addition to daily contact (not received invoices, mistakes, etc.)
* Control of received and issued invoices and archiving
* Accounting of received and issued invoices, accounting entries, accruals
* Preparation of remittances for payments
* Cash and Visa card control
* Validation of the VAT report
* Control, reservation and negotiation of travel expenses (accommodation, rental cars, provisions, etc.)
* Control of the tax calendar
* Control of compulsory insurances (buildings, employees, etc.) and mediation with agencies
* Contact and sending information to the tax office
* Inventory validation and reporting

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* At least 2 years experience in a similar role
* Financial and numerical ability
* Strong Word and Excel skills
* Ability to multi-task and show initiative
* Ability to scrutinize the performance of the company and provide analysis and reporting
