We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase to Pay Manager to join our Finance team on a permanent basis in Leeds. Delivering an end-to-end Purchasing solution and service to BTFS colleagues that allows them to focus on delivering an outstanding service to their customers - whether via purchase orders, purchase cards or other P2P solutions.

• Development and maintenance of seamless Purchase Order, Purchase Ledger and Purchase Card services to BTFS colleagues
• Leading and managing the BTFS Purchase to Pay payroll team and other internal and external agents to deliver great Purchasing services to BTFS and Corporate Services
• Acts as the BTFS lead for Purchasing related matters with BTFS senior management, procurement, external service providers and suppliers, and leads their team to deliver a timely, accurate and effective purchasing services to BTFS colleagues
• Uses insightful analysis, performance metrics and business understanding to measure and manage delivery of service, and the performance of the team, colleagues, BTFS line management and suppliers
• Delivers timely and accurate processing of purchase requests and payment of supplier invoices
• Ensure that purchase orders, approvals and invoices are reconciled prior to supplier payment
• Maintains the BTFS Purchase Order, Purchase Ledger and Purchase Card policies and ensure that these are up to date and communicated
• Organises and plans the flow of work for a team managing Purchase Order, Purchase Ledger and Purchase Card administration, adapting to changing priorities and working with other BTFS managers to maximise team productivity
• Identifies, owns and resolves more complex "Purchase to Pay" service issues, driving service improvements and exercising good judgement
• Motivates, enthuses, inspires and empowers their team to deliver superior customer service
• Manages the evolution of service delivery through change programmes, including planning, project monitoring, resource and supply partner management

• Essential - Strong MS Excel skills and spreadsheet modelling
• Likely to have 2 years people management experience
• Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills
• Remains calm under pressure, with demonstrable patience and flexibility, coupled with evident enthusiasm and a passion for delivering superior customer service
• Diligent, with an eye for quality and attention to detail, acting with a sense of urgency to put things right for colleagues
