Lloyd Recruitment Services, are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to join a Multi Award Winner within their industry.

We are seeking an additional member to join their progressive and professional sales team, where you'll be called upon to provide a dedicated support role to Sales Manager(s) - who are both office and remote based, as well as overseeing the day to day requirements of existing client business.

The opportunity will cover tasks linked to:

Prospective New Business - client meeting support / documentation / organising, collating quotations, working alongside the tendering team to ensure that the most competitive figures are presented
Existing Client Business - managing, maintaining and exceeding the expected high level of support for high profile clients. Handling any day to day matters that arise professionally. Forging long-term business relationships to ensure they remain as retained business.

Due to the diversity of your role, you'll be liaising with many other areas of the business, so exposure to new areas will be encouraged. Most importantly you must be aware of the sales cycle from a support / administrative aspect - with the ability to recognise each individual stage and its knock-on effects if not achieved quickly and accurately for you/others to action at a later stage.

Experience Required:

Previous Financial Services / Insurance experience would be a distinct advantage.
Intermediate to Advanced levels in Word and Excel are required
Proven ability to communicate confidently face to face, by phone and in writing with both colleagues/clients alike
Grade C or above in GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics & English
Good time management with the ability to work under pressure
Previous experience of working within a sales office environment is a distinct advantage to your application
