Do you have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you have accounting experience?

In this role, you'll use your previous accounting or bookkeeping knowledge to provide email and phone support to Business Customers all over the world.

We're looking for passionate and energetic candidates who are currently working towards or have completed an accounting degree or qualification. You need to be a good problem solver, patient, and skilled at explaining things clearly. We are looking for people who know what it means to provide world-class customer service.

Our ideal candidate is:
• Someone who has a part or full accounting qualification and/or business bookkeeping experience.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• A fast learner, familiar and comfortable with technology and keen to become an expert.
• Familiar with Google Apps and exposure to business accounting systems.
• An outstanding communicator - both verbal and written.
• Full of initiative with the ability to self-manage.
• A problem solver who takes pride in resolving tricky customer queries.
• A good humoured, positive and upbeat team player.
It's a big advantage if you have exposure to accounting systems, we'd also love to hear from you if you're qualified to AAT or Bsc level.
