Sales Planning Analyst

Reporting into both Brand Sales Directors, providing support to the overall sales function including new business analysis and liaison to the two sales functions and dealer networks.

Job Description:
Assist in delivering the strategic sales goals and KPI's whilst providing sales support
Reporting, PowerPoint presentations, general analysis and duties
Administering the dealer operating agreements and pricing models
Commission and performance bonus payment month end
Support the retail campaign planning by providing the relevant data in a timely manner
Monitor the performance of the tactical initiatives and/or the retail campaigns
Report to sales team about major findings in an analysis to lead better sales performance
Focal point of contact for all internal and external queries in relation to Sales matters
Administer high volumes of work, prioritise and ensure proper organisational skills
Produce accurate management information as requested by the Brand Sales Directors
Support and assist in administering new/existing finance campaigns
Carry out additional tasks from time to time as may be reasonably required
Dealing with commission related queries from the sales function and the other dealers

Person Specification:
Experience of working in a s sales environment
Display an understanding of the financial services industry
Ideally have experience of working within motor related financial services
Working in an environment where multiple stakeholder management exists
Able to produce professional and robust reporting and presentations
Strong organisational skills are essential
Able to work effectively with the minimum amount of supervision
Position may require domestic travel and occasional days and nights away from home

Additional Information:
Based in Reigate
GBP30,000 plus a quarterly performance based bonus
