Senior Research Analyst - Fraud

Location: Central London

Salary: Circa GBP43,000 - GBP50,850 per annum plus an annual performance related bonus and a fantastic range of benefits

Our client are a leading fraud prevention organisation, who strive to protect businesses, charities, public bodies and individuals from financial crime. They have a great opportunity for a Senior Research Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

You will gain great exposure to a number of different sectors supporting the business with in-house research projects, looking to develop and innovate business services whilst ensuring optimal performance of existing services.

* Develop and evolve the systems and processes to deliver intelligence and statistical analysis in the most accessible and appropriate manner
* Production of regular reports and data matching exercises for publication to the company's members
* Build strong working relationships with research institutes and external affairs teams
* Contribute towards the company blog and website reporting on statistical trends
* Monitor and investigate and understand the reasons for any changes in trends
* Prepare statistical papers and presentations for regular meetings for the board of directors, committees and working groups

To be successful in this position you will have/be:

* Working knowledge of statistics and management information
* Highly numerate and be able to drill down through figures and statistics to identify pertinent issues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Produced research papers and briefing papers (board papers, press releases and publications in a style that is appropriate to the audience)
* An understanding of or experience within fraud prevention and fraud systems would be an advantage
* Experience and ability to consolidate information for a number of sources to produce written assessments
