Assistant Governance Manager

We are recruiting an Assistant Governance Manager for one of our key insurance clients. This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of Product Governance.

The Role

* Supporting the Governance Manager to ensure the Governance Framework runs smoothly and effectively and ensure stakeholder remain engaged throughout.

* Ensure that key approval meetings run appropriately and that all meeting agendas, briefs and supporting documentation are circulated to all stakeholders as appropriate.
* Keep abreast of regulatory changes relevant to our industry

Experience Required

* Strong knowledge of the FCA treating customers fairly compliance regime including understanding of relevant policy, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proven management experience

* Ensure good conduct practice at all times and that the CP&P team has the required skill and knowledge to be competent in their roles
