As the Senior Creative Production Manager, your duties will be to:

• Create detailed production schedules and timelines for all production activity for which influences and guides marketing, buying, creative, digital and print areas for N Brown.
• Plan and deliver a more automated, stabilized system and processes. Continually update the departmental forecast with viable scheduled production dates or changes within. Constant communication to all stakeholders.
• Build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with the various agencies and suppliers who support NBrown creative marketing, print and production. Drive innovation and simplification in efforts to gain industry growth.
• Ensure all quality control and best standards with all suppliers. Build a strong and viable relationship with our Print, Production, Mailing Services Suppliers and ensure that best practice and transparency is met at all levels of activity.
• Lead teams that implement photography planning, production/traffic planning, sample management, print services for all online and offline content output for all consumer facing channels.
• Create and communicate dashboards to all key stakeholders across NBrown on work updates, tracking, scheduling shifts, print and digital drop dates, digital launch moments, and troubleshooting updates.
• Work collaboratively with process experts to develop, implement and enforce processes that are key to NBrown growth.
• Work with procurement, legal, finance, Director of Creative Services on all contract authorship, proofing, assessing and signing of contracts.
• Build a team with clear purpose to deliver world-class work and world-class teams. Display strong leadership and clearly defined decision-making skills. Able to be highly effective in achieving the maximum return from the resources available whilst also commanding the respect of colleagues and teams.
• Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post.

To be a successful Senior Creative Production Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

• Passionate about retail transformation, implementing process improvements and committed to deliver the best work.
• Previous experience in print and marketing production ideally in a multi-category complex environment.
• Proven track record in managing suppliers, including printers, mailing houses, fulfilment agencies, paper merchants, DSA agencies, design agencies and production houses, studios.
• Knowledge of postage channels as well as direct mail and the implications of VAT.
• Understanding of contract is crucial with strong Microsoft Office skills to ensure you can monitor performance and improve processes.
• Be familiar with delivering implementation plans to time and budget and confident in target orientated environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and engage effectively at any level.

In return the Senior Creative Production Manager will receive a salary of GBP70,000 - GBP80,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
