Head Of Financial Planning & Treasury
Robert Half Finance & Accountancy are pleased to be supporting our client in recruiting an exciting newly created Head of Financial Planning and Treasury role. The Head of Financial Planning & Treasury will be part of the management team and will contribute to business development, improvement of services, achievement of high performance and targets and overall success and growth of business through the application of leadership, business and professional technical skills.The responsibilities will include:
-Oversee and manage the dynamic planning capability to guide and shape the organisations active Development Pipeline.
-Support the Trust moving to a more complex corporate structure and ensuring appropriate planning is being undertaken at all levels.
-Work with the Director of Finance and Treasury Advisors in devising funding strategies that meet the Trust's needs and plans, while minimising exposure to risk and the cost of funds.
-Partner with internal & external partners to ensure the Trust's and the Finance Directorate objectives and ambitions are met.
-Represent the Financial Planning and Treasury service at corporate, inter-departmental and external meetings.
-Lead the planning and development of the organisation's thirty year Business Plan.
-Ensure the long term plan meets the organisation's needs, is consistent with the Trust's objectives and is supported by effective financial performance indicators and monitoring systems including an analysis of key sensitivities
We are seeking a qualified treasurer or qualified accountant who has strong planning experience and experience of treasury, negotiating banking facilities, capital markets debt and credit ratings. Ideally you will have used the Brixx Business Planning Tool and have some knowledge of derivatives.

Salary & Benefits
A highly competitive salary of up to GBP70,000 and benefits package.
