Would you like to join the UK's largest water company? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Analyst to join our team in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Working within a busy and vibrant and often demanding Revenue Customer service function it will be your responsibility to gather and interpret data with a view to highlighting trends and identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience. The Customer Service Analyst role will also include participation in department projects and initiatives as needed.

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service professional to use their experience to provide significant insight into the customer journey.

What will this role involve?

- Our Customer Service Analyst role will involve the following duties:
- Interrogation of customer data from a number of sources.
- Report finding through meaningful and relevant commentary.
- Highlighting opportunities for improvement to our customer journey.
- Liaising with stakeholders in the business in order to obtain information.

What skills are we looking for?
First and foremost we need people that are passionate about customers as they are our number one priority, so if you share this passion we want to hear from you.

You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in presenting compelling recommendations for process improvements. You will also be able to self-identify opportunities and areas of study that lead to signification improvement in business operations.

You will need excellent excel skills and ability to present your recommendations using PowerPoint.

Company information & Salary
This role is based at Swindon, Wiltshire. We are offering a salary of up to GBP26,000 depending on skills and experience. In addition we have a range of benefits including an excellent contributory pension scheme, childcare vouchers, season ticket loans and paid volunteering days
