Group Finance Manager
Robert Half are partnering a market leading FTSE100 organisation with global revenues exceeding GBP20bn to recruit a Group Finance Manager.
Overseeing the Group Financial Reporting and Control team the successful Finance Manager and their subsequent team would be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data in the Group consolidation system. This include the consolidation of monthly results, forecasts and annual budgets aligned to the three year plan.
Reporting the Group Business Controller the Finance Manager will take responsibility for one direct report, a Business Analyst, together with whom the successful Finance Manager would work with the Group Reporting and FP&A Managers.
- Deal with reporting queries from country finance teams, this will include; technical issues, Group definitions, policies, procedures & systems.
- Support the collection, consolidation, and reporting of the groups financial performance.
- Support the production of consolidated budgets, forecasts and monthly management reports.
- Assist with preparation of reports for the Group Audit Committee.
The successfully Group Finance Manager will be a qualified individual (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with an excellent technical accounting and reporting knowledge, with the ability to apply IFRS understanding to the Groups external disclosures.

Salary & Benefits
GBP55,000 + Benefits (OTE exceeding GBP70k)
