Digital Analytics Manager

A top-tier financial services business based in London are looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to drive efficiencies, improve sales and ensure that the business has a truly seamless multi-channel offering. As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a part in their ability to bridge the gap between the traditional aspects of their business and the newer digital analytics which is crucial to delivering a genuine multi-channel proposition.

The successful Marketing Analytics Manager will join a growing team of analysts who will focus on: Digital/Web analytics, Customer Management and Membership Services (cross-selling), Direct Mail and Customer research.


* Working with the analytics team to develop and deliver a pipeline of consumer insights and strategic recommendations (quantitative and qualitative) that will enable the Marketing Team to deliver more effective websites, propositions and products across both acquisitions and existing customer management/ membership services
* Managing and developing the Direct Mail customer acquisition strategy and selection process; continually innovating and optimising investment, improving both response and conversion rate to deliver the maximum volume of new accounts that hit quality and return metrics (NPV/ CPA)
* Testing and proving new channels, both online and offline, to drive incremental new customer growth
* Effectively and efficiently supporting the Marketing Team through the provision of insight, analytics, MI and data extracts
* Continually improving processes to make them more efficient and effective
* Managing the recruitment, training and development of the Marketing analytics team
* Setting and measuring performance and KPI's across digital.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager with extensive experience in a strategic analytical role. You will have demonstrable commercial experience of complex analytical and statistical techniques and have worked with large customer or transaction-level data sets.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a quantitative subject and the commercial acumen and credibility to fit into a bright, dynamic team and work with senior stakeholders across the business.
