HR Business Partner
Our client, a FTSE 100 Medical DEvice company, is looking for a commercially savvy and well versed HRBP to join their organisation, based in Essex.
You would be supporting their Sales division, advising and coaching the senior leadrrship team on all areas of HR from both a strategic and opeartional standpoint
This position requires a deep level of experience and the ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. The role requires the ability to establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change. This person must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
The candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified, have progressive HR Business Partnering expereince with a commercial approach.You will have a working knowledge of UK employment law.
