A Junior Product Manager/ Product Owner/ Software Product Manager is needed by an EdTech disruptor to learn the ways of Product Management, and to manage the functionality of a specific area of their innovative Enterprise SaaS offering.

The Junior Product Manager/ Product Owner/ Software Product Manager will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to develop strong skills and knowledge in both Product Management and the needs of the Education System. You will work directly with schools, engineers and developers to continuously advance the product offering, impacting the way schools use data and thus being a part of improving the effectiveness of the whole Education System.

The Junior Product Manager/ Product Owner/ Software Product Manager will:
* Own a specific functionality of the existing SaaS product offering.
* Identify the needs of Head-teachers, Teachers, and Parents to develop solutions via the use of the Platform.
* Work with Schools, Designers, Engineers and Developers to ensure solutions are implemented to improve the overall functionality of the Education System.
* Own the full lifecycle of the Product and be responsible for the end result; improving School outcomes.
* Understand the current functions that build the Educational System.
* Cross manage teams to manage the full end-to-end Product Development.
* Work using agile methodologies and with UX teams to produce wireframes and flows to ensure roadmaps are achieved.
* Improve the Educational System for millions of students by creating a Product that helps thousands of schools manage their data.

The Junior Product Manager/ Product Owner/ Software Product Manager must:
* Be degree educated.
* Be passionate about the Education sector.
* Either have Product Management experience OR working knowledge of the Education System.
(A Teach First background would be beneficial.)
* Be comfortable liaising with School Stakeholders to develop case studies and requirements.
* Understand the issues experienced with the current function of the Education System.
* Have an understanding of SaaS products.
(Working knowledge of SaaS Product would be advantageous.)
* Have strong communication skills.
* Have a strong desire to learn all there is to know about Product Management and improve the current Education System.
