LOCATION: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

JOB TITLE: Recruitment Resourcer

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP19,000 - GBP23,000 + excellent bonus and incentives

WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:30

THE COMPANY: We are working with a UK based Innovative recruitment solution's company which is a direct sourcing partner of the UK's largest regional publisher which has an extensive portfolio of hundreds of publications and websites, including The Scotsman, Yorkshire Post and The I paper, as well as having access to over 1500 Online Job Boards making their reach to potential candidates for any role is vast.

Our client specialise in candidate attraction with a multi channelled approach to increase the number of quality CV's reaching their clients. The business has been around for 3 years and is growing rapidly with the need for another Recruitment Resourcer to join their fun and friendly Peterborough based team.

THE ROLE: Our client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to fit into their vibrant and enthusiastic team where you will be a pivotal member of the team/companies success. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of your clients' requirements for their recruitment campaigns. Customer service and account management is key to this role as you will be in contact with your clients on a day to day basis following the journey of their advertisement and offer

Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer's role in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire include:

- Candidate attraction through advertising and proactive sourcing

- Utilising databases to match candidates to specific roles and client needs

- Day to day liaising with clients who have purchased the service

- Up-selling additional services and offering sound advice on products

- Shortlisting relevant candidates for a variety of roles

- Creating job descriptions and online assessments for individual campaigns

- Relationship and rapport building with clients to ensure repeat business

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a great telephone manner. You will need to be a positive and motivated individual who is organised and able to manage a high volume of work. Customer focus and understanding your client's needs is key in this role so the ability to build and effectively manage good customer relations is essential.

Although not essential previous experience in a recruitment background either in a consultancy or internal role would be highly desirable as would having 5 x GCSE's including Maths and English.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Recruitment Resourcer role in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire :-

- Customer service or Sales experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience in either of these areas is essential

- Must have experience in Account Management

- Must be a driven and motivated person who can organise and manage high volumes of work

- Previous experience within Recruitment would be an advantage
