LOCATION: Tipton, West Midlands

JOB TITLE: Quality and Customer Services Assistant

SALARY: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

THE COMPANY: Our client based in Tipton and established in 1999 are the market leader in Europe for the supply of car audio interfaces, providing electronic boxes that allow aftermarket radios and other audio devices to be fitted seamlessly into most vehicles.

THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and busy organisation in a new role. You will report to the Quality and Customer Services Director and will be responsible for completing internal quality audits and efficiently answering customer queries.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality and Customer Services Assistant role to include:-
  • Completion of internal quality audits in line with ISO9001
  • Dealing with customer queries and liaising with other departments as required to ensure a timely resolution
  • Updating internal databases

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in auditing quality systems to ISO9001. Good data retrieval skills and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages are essential. You will need excellent communication skills to liaise with all departments at all levels. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage

Essential criteria for the Quality and Customer Services Assistant role:
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good data retrieval skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in auditing quality systems to ISO9001
