Business Improvement Specialist, Innovative firm, East Midlands, Up to GBP50K

My client, a leading and innovative organisation, are searching for a Process Improvement Specialist to join their Business Improvement team. You will be responsible for delivering end to end process improvement projects with senior leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver improvement projects to improve customer and colleague experience and operational performance
  • To coach and mentor colleagues in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
  • Lead workshops and presentations at all levels
  • Act as a subject matter expert for continuous improvement, supporting identification of opportunities and development of continuous improvement


Key Skills
  • Energetic, passionate about Continuous improvement and able to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level
  • Experience delivering end to end process improvement projects
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills are required along with experience using spreadsheets and giving presentations
