Estates Portfolio Manager. Full Time. Permanent.
We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK with more than 21,400 learners studying with us on a wide range of courses. Our mission is to equip people with the skills they need to be successful in education, in work and business and in their personal lives.
This is a very exciting opportunity to manage the Estate of a large Further Education College consisting of three main campuses and six outreach centres totalling approximately 50,000 m2 in floor area.
The college is looking for an individual with a positive attitude and substantial experience in the property/education sector in managing multiple and complex tasks and working to agreed time scales.
Ideally the successful candidate has had experience of Estates and Facilities Management but the College will be very interested in receiving applications from other building professionals such as Construction Managers, mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
The successful candidate will have either an HNC/D level qualification in a property related subject or have relevant and significant experience.
