Client Director - research and data
Do you have a passion for data and research? Are you driven by accuracy and providing a first class service? A Client Director (research and data) is required in the centre of Birmingham to manage a high profile, multinational client in the gaming industry providing insight and innovation across Customer Experience.
The Data Insight Client Director (research and data) will fully immerse themselves in the clients organisation to understand their business and their customers. It will be the Account Manager who is accountable for ensuring the client road map is adhered to, ensuring the client is on board and aware of each milestone. You will work with the Research Manager to design surveys in accordance to the agreed deliverables and guarantee the efficient running of each launch.
The successful Client Director (research and data) will be able to demonstrate;
* Managing complex accounts/clients
* Ability to build trusted, long term relationships
* Creating questionnaires and surveys in line with client deliverables
* An understanding of how large business operate and how departments interact
* Background in data and research ideally Quantitative Research (questionnaires/surveys/polls)
* Experience creating and delivering presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint)
* An interested in gaming or technology would be beneficial (not essential)
