Title: Temporary Operations Administrator, Bracknell

Salary: GBP11.00 per hour

Duration: On-going

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a successful, thriving organisation in central Bracknell as an Operations Administrator. You will have a keen interest in Finance, be extremely numerate with a high level of attention to detail. You will be available immediately and be able to commit fully to this on-going temporary role, which could possibly lead to something more permanent. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind, someone who is good at spotting errors and problem solving. You must also be familiar in working with Excel and have confident numeracy skills, the position will involve cross checking multiple sets of figures and running reports so an interest in analysis would be ideal!

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Running regular reports and analysing sets of data - identifying and reporting any risks!
* Manage and process all withdrawal instructions
* Investigate and respond to all incoming queries
* Producing bank reconciliations
* Monitor banking activities
* Work in accordance with internal processes and company policies
* Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the drive to achieve results. You will have an methodical and analytical approach and the ability to investigate issues and provide solutions. Good time management is essential along with a strong sense of initiative and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in working within the Financial industry would be an advantage however is not necessary. Please note in order to be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate confident IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire - onsite parking available and excellent public transport links!
