Employee Benefits Administrator - Market Harborough - up to GBP25,000

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

* Project Management (e.g. Auto Enrolment compliance)
* Helping to deliver the services agreed in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
* Giving pro-active, on the ground advice and support to clients.
* Providing regular project update reports to all stakeholders.
* Solving problems and managing conflicts with the client and / or third parties.
* Client Relationship Management
* Helping to deliver the services agreed in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
* Managing questions, queries and issues from the client and their employees.
* Nurturing relationships with clients' employee benefits suppliers (e.g. insurers).
* Technical / Paraplanning
* Helping to prepare client facing, marketing, compliance and technical documents for use across all clients (e.g. Auto Enrolment Project Plan or template reports).
* Producing client specific documents to support sales and the business development process (e.g. Auto Enrolment 'Ready Reckoner').
* Working with the compliance team and marketing teams to ensure that all documents meet the required regulatory and commercial standards.
* Cross Functional Support
* Answering phone calls and taking messages for colleagues.
* Occasionally supporting HR team, as required and as your own time allows.
* Working with Payroll colleagues as required on pension based tasks and activities.

PERSON PROFILE

* Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits particularly company pensions, group life assurance, income protection and private medical insurance.
* Familiarity with Auto Enrolment legislation.
* Good understanding of the employee benefits marketplace.
* Excellent aptitude for IT and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and web-based applications.
* Financial Services qualifications (e.g. CertPFPS/DipPFS) desirable, but not essential
* High learning orientation.
* Calm and 'can do' attitude.
* Collegiate and supportive.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
* Professional.
