Purpose of the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable/Payable Officer to join our team in London.
The post holder will ensure the efficient running of the Accounts Receivable / Payable section.
You will responsible for the timely processing, verification and reconciliation of supplier invoices and to ensure that suppliers are paid within established time limits.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
To excel in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
-3-5 years experience of working in an accounts payable/receivable role
-Experience of working with and maintaining purchase & sales ledgers
-Good ability in operating computerised accounting programmes.
-Good competency in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel spreadsheet abilities.
-Ability to work as a self-motivated member of a team taking initiative when opportunities arise.
-Ability to organise and prioritise
-Good interpersonal skills being an effective communicator and listener with the ability to provide clear and precise explanations
-Confident out-going individual with a high level of personal integrity
-Numerate, attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and efficiency when completing data entry tasks.
-Logical analytical approach with practical problem solving skills.
-Oracle systems experience - desirable

Based from our Head Office in Blackfriars you will be required to work 37 hours per week.
