Role: Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant
Location: Nuneaton
Rate: up to GBP20k plus benefits
Hours: 9-5:30 (37.5 hours per week)

My Client, a highly reputable Automotive Business is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Role Overview

The accurate and complete processing and recording of all invoices
Analyse all cash receipts and payments; ensuring that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained
Reconcile supplier statements
To ensure that all paperwork and documentation is processed efficiently and accurately

Essential

Computer literate - specifically MS Excel
Good attention to detail
Previous experience in an accounts department
Good understanding of accounting information such as invoices, credit notes, payment methods and VAT and associated documentation.
Previous experience of Purchase Ledger

Candidates with knowledge of Kerridge and Automotive experience are highly desirable
