We are recruiting on behalf of an Award Winning Company for an experienced Transaction Services Manager

Transactions Services Manager

* To work with clients to make the buying or selling of businesses feel more straightforward. Business transactions - no matter the size .
* Working closely with clients, ensuring clients get great value from their transactions.
* Financial due diligence process involves checking each key financial aspect of a transaction.
* Specifically, identifying the key drivers of performance and profitability, identify value adjustments, improve deal structures, mitigate risks and question assumptions about future performance.
* Gathering, verifying and assessing information, and formulating views and conclusions.
* Thorough investigation and interpretation of financial data, information memoranda, business plans and publicly available information and assessing the impact on the transaction.
* Insightful data analysis and presentation.
* Co-developing our approach, scope and objectives with the client, understanding key business performance drivers, and providing value through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
* Planning, preparing and reviewing outputs from our work, including written reports and presentations/meetings with the client.
* Project managing teams as well as working together with team members, plus forming relationships with other departments.
* Planning and monitoring the progress of live projects, including sharing of potential key issues on a timely basis, such as identification of risk for our client or items impacting price.
* Sharing your technical and wider knowledge with the team, and providing coaching to others.
* Playing a participatory role in the Transaction Services team and business opportunity initiatives, as well as taking responsibility for own career development.

It is essential to have.

Have an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.

Be highly numerate with keen attention to detail and good excel skills.

Have report writing experience.

Be a highly effective time manager, with the ability to keep calm when under deadlines.

Have transaction knowledge/experience and commercial acumen.

Be confident and demonstrate gravitas, with the flexibility/ability to cope with change.

Have strong project management skills and technical knowledge.

Love working in a team, with the ability to quickly build effective relationships.

Have experience of managing client relationships.
