Our client, an FMCG business based in South West London, is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Controller for their fun and personable finance team. They are looking for someone who has sole charge experience or has at least worked in a small department where they were responsible for the purchase ledger. If you can speak Spanish this would be a bonus but not essential. The client will support study for AAT, ACCA or CIMA. Job responsibilities: Processing of all Purchase Ledger invoicesProcessing all supplier payments runsReconcile supplier statements.Record keeping.Receiving and distributing the monthly statements to employees as appropriate.Checking through all transactions for auditing purposesAid the Business Systems & IT Manager with the implantation of a new expenses systemLiaise with the management accountantPreparation of interim and annual audit filesPrepare monthly expenses trackers Hours of work are 8am to 5pm and they would like someone to start ASAP.
