Accounts Administrator / Credit Control Administrator GBP21,000 - GBP24,000 + parking + more great benefits, Swindon.Sheridan Maine has a brand new role with a successful and supportive company for an Accounts Administrator, focusing on credit control administration. You will join a friendly finance team and be fully trained in all aspects of the role and have the opportunity to develop and progress your career.This is a very varied position and your main responsibilities as the Accounts Administrator will include but not be limited to:- Prepare weekly report of debtors and invoicing.- Prepare monthly report summarising orders received and invoices issued.- Prepare and send tax invoices based on architect certificates.- Enter all invoices to the sales ledger.- Enter all cash received, allocate to appropriate contracts, update cash flow and tax summary daily.- Organise cash deposits to bank.- Monitor overdue accounts and maintain dialogue with customers by telephone, e-mail or letter.- Send out statements when required.- Provide cover within the wider Finance team when required.You will have experience of working in an accounts team ideally with knowledge of sales ledger or credit control administration. The successful Accounts Administrator / Credit Control Administrator will also have great communication skills and like to work in a team.
