Management Accounts Assistant
Bristol ? up to ?25k

This is an excellent opportunity for a currently studying Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance department. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant you will actively support our business by providing timely, accurate and relevant management information including sales analysis, cost analysis and board reporting.

As Management Accounts Assistant your main responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the production of the month end management accounts
- Performing sales channel and margin analysis to ensure accurate financials and reporting
- Carrying out overhead variance analysis to support cost control initiatives
- Producing weekly Key Performance Indicators
- Preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
- Performing balance sheet review and control accounts ownership
- Supporting the business and providing departmental managers with accurate, relevant and timely information through Business Partnering
- Assisting in the development/implementation of Financial systems and procedures used within the department by identifying risks and areas of improvements

To apply for this role your experience and skills should include:
- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent Excel skills (must be able to use pivot tables and V-Lookups)
- Experience in an accounts-related role with a desire to progress your career
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
