Our Client, a fast-growing business based in Hampshire is keen to employ an experienced risk and payments professional with senior level / management experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the online payment and fraud prevention environment

The company has a growing user base of over half a million users and now needs need someone to help them focus on improving their payments and risk activities.

As Risk and Payments Manager you will be the main point of contact for the payment and risk management providers and focus on the constant optimization of payment, risk, and fraud solutions, ensuring high acceptance rates whilst at the same time keeping fraud to a minimum.

Other main key responsibilities will include managing relationships, analysing partners' performance, developing a payment and fraud dashboard/ cockpit and KPI reporting;
Conducting rigorous analysis to show the success of payments and the incidence of chargebacks, monitoring market and competitor developments, executing and project managing the implementation of improvements.
Monitoring the performance of fraud rules, defining necessary actions to reduce potential losses, tracking fraud patterns and detecting new ones, managing the manual review of high-risk transactions, either in-house or outsourced, maintenance and improvement of rates, service levels, the anti-fraud systems and the overall transactions flow and managing and reporting the incidence of Chargebacks related to Fraud and adjusting systems accordingly either internally or with outsourced solutions
