Our client is a growing business with an impressive 5 year expansion plan. This is an impressive role available to someone competent in Payroll and keen to progress into Accounts.

The job:-

Payroll:-
-Detailed preparation of weekly payroll for a workforce of 110 and rising, ensuring all cost is properly recorded.
-lnvestigate and resolve all timesheet queries and ensure time sheet accuracy.
-Nominal posting to ledger required.
-Timely notification of payments due to HMRC.
-P45 production for leavers / starters.
-Year End payroll procedures to be completed.
-Supply Weekly Full Payment Supplement to HMRC using Sage Payroll.
-Manage all contract loss provisions and update monthly as part of the month end
management accounts process.

Management Accounting:-
-Evaluation of monthly work in progress to support Accounts Manager in the preparation and reporting on monthly management accounts.
-Preparation of monthly prepayments and accruals ??n a timely manner.
-Updating and management of the Companies Fixed asset register.
-Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
-Assistance in the preparation of annual budgets and three-year business plans.

The person:-
-Payroll experience.
-Desire to progress into management accounts.
-Experience within an accounts environment.
