Here, at eTraining Ltd, we believe in quality, unparalleled training and customer service and we are excited to be looking for a trainer/assessor in Health and Social Care to join our team. We are an Ofsted grade 2 (aspiring to grade 1) training provider delivering Apprenticeships and Diplomas from level 2 to level 7 in a variety of fields across the South East of England. We can offer an expanding company giving plenty of room for personal development and promotion through taking on bigger roles. We are a small friendly company that have great Christmas parties!

What skills are we looking for?

- Proven experience training and assessing Health and Social Care diplomas and apprenticeships
- An in depth knowledge of the health and social care industry
- Experience in delivering functional skills in maths and English to level 2
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills
- Ability to build and nurture business relationships
- Good understanding of training and how it is beneficial in business
- Moderate degree of computer literacy, using Office.
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Honesty and integrity
- Current, clean driver's license
- Smart in appearance.

For the role you will be required to:

- Manage your own case load of learners keeping high success rates
- Manage you own diary to meet targets
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care
- Be responsive to developments in Government funding training
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product portfolio
- Ensure that at all times there your paperwork and administration are up to date
- Identify the needs and wants of any potential new employer
- Problem solve any issues that may arise
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

Initially this will be a freelance position and for the right person could develop into a full time position.
