For this role you must be a hard working History Teacher who has received a 'Good' or better grading from observations and has the skills to utilise your teaching prowess. You must have the desire to produce creative lessons and a positivity and optimism about you. The school is hoping for a teacher who is able to deliver fun lessons while ensuring a high quality of learning takes place and instil their own aims and ambitions in others.

As a History Teacher you will be teaching within the school's supportive humanities department. All NQTs are given full support to help them settle in and you will be assigned a talented senior teacher to mentor you through your Induction Year and ongoing CPD training is available to you. The humanities department takes an inclusive approach to teaching it's topics, ensuring that all pupils in the class are working at a comfortable pace.
