One of our partner schools in East London is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to take up a class teacher role in a Year 4 Class as an NQT from September 2017. This is a full-time, permanent position available through Step Teachers, where the successful applicant will be a Newly Qualified Teacher with an enthusiastic approach to teaching. This school has a core of experienced teachers who are happy to lend support when needed and provide excellent opportunities for career development.

The ideal candidate will suit the following criteria:

- You should have a Degree Level Qualification + Primary PGCE or QTS Qualification for the Primary Phase
- Your excellent classroom management strategies will be robust and flexible, and will be seen as central to the performance of you and your pupils
- As a newly qualified Primary Teacher you should be a creative and enthusiastic practitioner who is able to use all available resources to their full extent and inspire positive learning attitudes
- Have the ability to organise, lead and manage a classroom effectively, including assigned support staff to their full effectiveness
