Badenoch & Clark is currently recruiting for a management accountant to join a housing provider based in West Yorkshire for an interim contract. This is an exciting opportunity to initially be part of some finance projects across the organisation as well supporting with the management accounts. Overview of duties: * Production of year end and month end accounts. * Completing monthly consolidation and reporting as assigned. * Evaluate and report on the financial performance across the maintenance department. * Production of budgets and self assessments for budget holders. * Assist the accountants to understand reason for budget variances including reconciling and volume of data. * Preparation of annual financial statements. * Make recommendations to improve financial performance for example cost savings, income generation and make or buy decisions. Successful applicants must be qualified either ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
