The Report Writing team is a newly created team who will provide an additional support service to Partners and Financial Planners to document advice provided to clients, increasing their productivity and effectiveness.

Report Writers will work closely with assigned Partners to deliver compliant Suitability Reports for clients. The Report Writer will provide efficiencies for Partners to allow additional income, APE and advice to be delivered. The Report Writer will also help to achieve the required Suitable First Time targets for their supported Partners and therefore have the ability to influence their income.

It is expected that the Report Writers will be able to support the productivity of 5 PFP Partners and will produce high quality reports to agreed SLAs. They will be expected to challenge the proposed advice where appropriate, where it does not comply with the PFP Suitable Advice Manual.
