The Job
Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Education provider to recruit for a hardworking individual who can work on their own initiative to undertake a busy full time, permanent Employability Contract Manager role at a leading Further Education College in Nottingham.
The successful candidate would need to be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Must be able to successfully manage ESF and AEB contracts, ensuring that profile volumes and values are met and funding requirements are adhered to.
*Must be able to challenge all practices and procedures within own role and throughout the organisation and to contribute to and ensure continuous quality improvement.
