This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administration Officer to join our successful engineering client based at their UK offices in North West Leicestershire.

The Payroll Administration Officer will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and HR administration, in line with company policy and legal obligations, including all HMRC reporting, both in year and end of year, P11d and PSA, along with providing general finance administrative resource to support the sales, purchasing and general ledgers.......a busy, varied, hands on position!

Experience & Attributes required from the Payroll Administration Officer include:
* In depth experience of a computerised payroll system is essential
* Knowledge of HMRC current legislation, eg. NI rates, statutory payments etc
* Strong MS Word, Excel & Outlook required
* Experience of HR administration is desirable though not essential
* Highly effective organisation and multi tasking skills
* Ability to meet deadlines with flexibility to hours as required
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Energetic, upbeat, professional outlook
* Ability to drive/own transport due to location
* Preferable available immediately/short notice period to accommodate training and handover period
