We have a great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our client at their Surrey practice. Our client has a reputable status in the architectural industry, and offer bespoke design solutions for high quality residential projects. They are now looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their team.

As the selected Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for the provision of architectural and engineering design, as well as making enquiries and placing orders for utilities. You will be responsible for investigating any technical problems encountered and providing economical and viable solutions, which will involve liaising with and co-ordination of external professionals, planning officers and other officials. You will also assist with, or be given specific projects to run at Design or Planning Approved stages where you will procure the working drawings and any associated information.

Essential Requirements:

?? Experience in a similar position and relevant qualification

?? Proven record of successfully delivering projects

?? Able to recognise and proactively solve issues

?? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

?? Good organisational skills, able to work to tight deadlines
