As a key member of the Group finance team responsibilities include: *Assisting consolidation and preparation of monthly management accounts and other Group reporting*Point of contact for site finance managers during reporting period *Providing supporting information applying management accounting techniques such as variance analysis *Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process*Ownership of specific reporting areas *Supporting increased divisional interaction looking to add insight to the group reports, "looking beyond the reported numbers"*Developing and improving existing reporting processes and templates*Management Reporting And Analysis?Deliver quality management information?Develop reporting systems for management, project or performance reporting and implement processes to deliver management information according to the reporting cycle?Review management reports, including identification and awareness of the key causes of business variances*Closing Processes?Ability to conduct month end close activities and provide accurate and timely financial submissions?Reconcile to supporting records *Collaboration And Partnering*Professional qualification part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience*Graduate with minimum 2.1 degree or exceptional non-graduate*Experience of working within or with the head office of a large corporation*Consolidation and Board reporting experience preferable *Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines*Excellent excel skills*Willingness to develop within a fast moving company *Looking for continuous improvement in all areas*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
