The Head of this 3 form entry school in Brent would like to recruit a KS1 teacher to start on a permanent basis in September 2017. The successful candidate will join a lovely KS1 group team that support each other in their teaching. The position is open for prospective KS1 NQTs and experienced KS1 teachers. For the right individual, the school will also consider offering additional responsibilities.

The Headteacher of this 'Outstanding' school are looking to recruit a KS1 Teacher in the first instance. The successful candidate will have a plethora of creative ideas to contribute to enrich the pupil's learning. In return, the successful candidate will be allowed to choose between Year 1 and Year 2 based on their preference. The school environment is immediately welcoming from staff and pupils alike. There is opportunity to grow as the school continuously offer in-house CPD from specifically qualified teachers in order to maintain a high level of standard in professional development. In addition, for NQTs, the school are part of the Brent NQT programme with an experienced mentor providing advice through the induction.

The school itself is in the London Borough of Brent with Neasden being the closest underground station meaning there are good transport links into West London and in the local area. The school has recently upgraded their ICT facilities and every class is fully resourced for their age group. As a KS1 teacher, you will be in charge of 30 children and to further their learning. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire children to take responsibility for their own learning as the school believe that children should begin to find solutions by themselves.
