My client is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to become a key member of the European finance team. Client Details My client is one of the world's leading provider of audio guides for museums and exhibitions. Description Key Responsibilities include but not limited to; Assist in the preparation of the UK commercial financial statements, focusing on revenue, client share and site staff, liaising closely with the internal Account Managers for data accuracyPrepare and post accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and similar transactions on a monthly basisLiaise with local service providers and upload corresponding European financial data into Great PlainsReview and analyse financial results to requirements, including actual v budget and project profitabilityReview daily/weekly cash management on-time reports, including AP/AR ageing, cash receipts (liaising with AP/AR Specialist) and inter-company cash requirementsPrepare EMEA consolidated on-time reporting requirements for review: AP/AR/FA/WIP, Revenue and Project ProfitabilityPrepare and submit balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure books and records comply with local, US and Corporate accounting principlesProvide input and support the delivery of robust budgets and forecastsOther, similar tasks as reasonably required by the European Financial Controller and VP Finance Director EMEA. Profile Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required Minimum of 3 years' experience of working in a similar roleUndergraduate degree in Finance and/or ACCA/CIMA qualified (part-qualified will also be considered)Demonstrable ability to plan and deliver accurate data and reports on time, works in a systematic and organised wayCommunicates, collaborates and networks effectively, adapts style to work with different culturesComfortable and able to split time working remotely from home and at the company's offices at WeWork, Sheraton House in Soho, LondonExperience of working in or a demonstrable ability to adapt to an entrepreneurial, ambiguous, creative and fast-paced environmentPrevious knowledge of Great Plains highly desirableAble to speak and write in European languages desirable Job Offer Between GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 + benefits
