IFRS Audit Consultant
. Preparation of firms guidance on new pronouncements. Providing technical support to engagement teams for executing IFRS engagements. Identfying and executing projects related to IFRS, providing advisory services on IFRS and its accounting process etc.. Evaluation of the processes, advisory on risk parameters, relationship management, risk mgmt and strategy development.Knowledge Management activities. Providing regular updates on accounting/auditing/regulatory changes to client facing personnel on IFRS. Conducting Internal trainings and preparation of tools and templates Thought leadership / Marketing. Participate in thought leadership initiatives - newsletter/ technical bulletins/ conferences etc.. Assistance to engagement teams in IFRS proposalsQualifications. Chartered Accountant (first attempt) and or an MBA from a premier institute. Exposure to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) & US GAAP will be an added advantage. 8- 10 years of post-qualification experience in a consulting role with established CA firms.
